Transparent Finances

All Open Source Dharma lineages that operate using financial account(s) must provide a transparent accounting of their financial activity publicly. This includes, at minimum, a detailed quarterly report on all money coming in and going out of their accounts. This increased financial transparency is meant to reduce fraud, and increase trust for students, teaching colleagues, and those working on the organizational side of the communities.
